Peugeot Reveals 207 CC

The Paris Motor Show is all set to delight the crowd with major car making companies revealing the details of their new cars.
The pick of the models was from the stable of Peugeot, who will be revealing their "207 EPURE". The 207 contains a new "futuristic" engine which has a electric motor coupled with a new 20 kW experimental fuel cell developed by PSA Peugeot Citroen Group.

The fuel cell, named GENEPAC 20, has been developed in collusion with the French AEC (Atomic Energy Commission). The engine has the capacity to power around 218 miles and can achieve a speed of 81mph.

The new fuel system is around 20-25 percent more efficient than the internal combustion engine and is soundless. The design of the vehicle is sleek with a pearl white exterior and the fascia panel is covered entirely in white leather along with passenger compartment including the seats and steering column controls under the steering wheel.

A detailed instrument panel gives the driver necessary information about the battery charge level and the amount of hydrogen stored onboard.
