Schumacher has taken a difficult decision

Seven-time Formula One world champion Michael Schumacher has made a 'difficult' decision on his future, his manager Willi Weber said.
Reports in Germany say Schumacher will announce his end-of-season retirement after Sunday's Italian Grand Prix.
The 37-year-old German kept his cool, however, as the retirement rumors heated up at the eve of the race. He called for understanding on Thursday when reporters jammed the Ferrari motorhome.

"We will make a statement in Monza and this statement will be on Sunday... there is no point to ask any questions (about it) or get into it. Sunday is when it will be made clear and unfortunately not before," said Schumacher.
Germany's mass circulation Bild newspaper reported on Wednesday that Schumacher would announce his retirement at Ferrari's home race.

Ferrari is also expected to announce that Kimi Raikkonen is joining from McLaren.
In 15 years' racing career, Schumacher has attended 245 Grands Prix and achieved seven drivers' world championships while setting many records since his debut in Belgium in 1991.
