Opel has spent 150 millions for start new Corsa in manufacture

The company Opel has spent about 150 millions € for preparation of industrial lines of the factory in Eisenach to serial output of new generation Opel Corsa. The start of manufacture of this model is planned on August 21, however at the dealers Opel the new model will appear only in October of the current year.

Let's remind that the factory Opel in Eisenach was built in 1992 and now there are working about 1800 workers. In 2007 at this factory is planned to produce 180 thousand automobiles that is maximum achievement in all its history.

It is important to note, that Opel Corsa of new generation will present at the end of July at an automobile exhibition in London. To produce this automobile is planned not only in Germany, but also in Spain.
